This study aimed to evaluate work psychosocial risks comparing public and private stricto sensu post-graduate programs (PPGs). Two hundred and thirty PPG’s Brazilian professors responded to an online survey, composed of a socio-demographic and labor questionnaire, and three scales of Psychosocial Risk Assessment Protocol: Prescribed Work Organization scale, Pathogenic Work Suffering scale, and Physical and Psychosocial Damage at Work scale.
