Ejercicios de flexibilidad para la gimnasia artística en el sexo masculino (Original)

The Sports Artistic Gymnastics is a part of the development that has had an operation in the area of physical culture and the sport, at the present time this mode pertaining to sports has kept on evolving attaining a lofty progress, bringing like consequences a tall level of requirements, a high mastery as of execution and an increase in the degree of difficulty of all the technical elements, this is a sport of appreciation and demands the correct technique of the exercises and its corresponding assessment. Exercises combined of great complexity and range of motion in order to offer to the spectator come true and to the umpires a selection with deftness, dynamism and expressiveness, in addition to the utilization of the music in the case of the exercises to hands off, it is for this motive than in this article shows up a set of developmental exercises of flexibility, in the athletes of sports artistic gymnastics in the gymnastics school of the Bayamo Municipality, Granma Province. For the design of said exercising set the following scientific methods were used: Of the theoretic level the historic logician, analysis synthesis, inductive deductive, also employed themselves as the ones of the empiric level the observation (non-structured), pre experiment, measurement and in the statistician was used the statistical package SPSS version 11,5 and the test not parametric of Wilcoxon.La Gimnasia Artística Deportiva forma parte del desarrollo que se ha operado en el área de la Cultura Física y el Deporte, en la actualidad esta modalidad deportiva ha ido evolucionando alcanzando un elevado progreso, trayendo como consecuencias un alto nivel de exigencias, una alta maestría en la forma de ejecución y un aumento en el grado de dificultad de todos los elementos técnicos, este es un deporte de apreciación y exige la técnica correcta de los ejercicios y su valoración correspondiente. Se realizan ejercicios combinados de gran complejidad y amplitud de movimiento para ofrecer al espectador y a los árbitros una selección con destreza, dinamismo y expresividad, además de la utilización de la música en el caso de los ejercicios a manos libres, es por este motivo que en este articulo se presenta un conjunto de ejercicios para el desarrollo de la flexibilidad, en los atletas de Gimnasia Artística Deportiva de la Escuela de Gimnasia del Municipio Bayamo, Provincia de Granma. Para el diseño de dicho conjunto de ejercicios fueron utilizados los siguientes métodos científicos: del nivel teórico el histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis, inductivo-deductivo, también se emplearon los del nivel empírico como la observación (no estructurada), pre experimento, medición y en el estadístico se utilizó el paquete estadístico SPSS versión 11.5 y la dócima no paramétrica de Wilcoxon
