Objectives. The objectives of this research are to enhance the understanding of the theoretical perspective as causation, effectuation, and bricolage that drive the entrepreneurial foreign market entry mode decisions and choices. Methodology. A systematic review of experimental literature design is used to shed the light upon the outstanding matter and to see whether causation, effectuation, and bricolage are observable in entry mode decisions and under which conditions they can occur. Findings. The results show that the relative dominance of each logic depends on the venture's lifecycle phase, resource/ capabilities endowment, network relations, experience and the change in the venture`s scope.
