Tunable terahertz (THz) radiation emitted from the triangular mesa structures consisting of the intrinsic Josephson junctions in single-crystalline high-T c superconducting Bi 2 Sr 2 CaCu 2 O 8+δ is investigated using angular distribution measurements of the radiation power and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. © 2013 The Optical Society
