In this study another concept of Socratic maieutics is presented, since here an epistemological sense is not accepted, but its connotation as a spiritual exercise. The study starts from the considerations made by the great scholar from France, Pierre Hadot, who has been concerned about the issue of spiritual exercises in ancient philosophy. So we connect the notion of Socratic maieutics, in terms of spiritual exercise with the notion of self-care.
