The main purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between financial and non financial compensation on employees' job performance. There are four component used in this study which are base salary, performance based pay, recognition and working condition. The total number of employees selected to become respondents of this study 52 peoples. The instruments used to collect data in this study was questionnaire. Demographic characteristic will be explained using the descriptive statistic meanwhile the other four components such as base salary, performance based pay, recognition and working condition will be tested using Pearson Correlation to identify the relationship between variable
