In recent years, mobile payment services grow rapidly worldwide. The Taiwanese government also set up the goal to reach 90% coverage for mobile payments by 2025. However, it is still developing slowly in Taiwan. How to promote this new service and increase the acceptance rate is a critical issue in Taiwan.
