Humans as one of the resources that are dynamic and have the ability to continue to grow need to get the attention of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee performance at PT. Sumber Sarana Berdikari in Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 58 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing.
