The issue of population aging in Vietnam and related living conditions of seniors

Population aging has now become a global problem, affecting all developed countries around the world, making it one of the most serious social issues. The aim of this work will be to characterize the current process of demographic aging in a particular country, Vietnam. Furthermore, the current old-age support systems and the related living conditions of seniors will be evaluated, and on the basis of the obtained data, possible solutions and procedures for dealing with the issue of population aging will be proposed.Stárnutí populace se v současné době stalo globálním problémem, postihuje všechny vyspělé země, čímž se stává jednou z nejzávažnějších společenských otázek. Cílem této práce bude charakterizovat současný proces demografického stárnutí v konkrétní zemi, ve Vietnamu. Dále se zhodnotí současné systémy důchodových podpor a s tím související životní podmínky seniorů a na základě zjištěných dat budou navržena možná řešení a postupy při potýkání se s problematikou stárnutí populace
