Changes of Colombian Foreign Policy since 2002

This Master's thesis focuses on analysis of changes of Colombian foreign policy since 2002. It analyses foreign policy of three last presidents, Álvaro Uribe, Juan Manuel Santos and Iván Duque in four dimensions of foreign policy analysis. The dimensions are systematic dimension, national dimension, domestic dimension and personal dimension. First part of the thesis defines foreign policy, its objectives and means, it also defines each dimension of foreign policy and lastly presidential systems and presidential diplomacy. Next part of the thesis consists of the analysis and comparison of each foregin policy. The criteria used for the analyses are relationship with the US, relationship with the Latin American region, representation of Colombia abroad, domestic situation regarding FARC and a personality of the president.Tato diplomová práce se věnuje analýze proměn zahraniční politiky Kolumbie od roku 2002. Práce analyzuje zahraniční politiky tří prezidentů, Álvara Uribeho, Juana Manuela Santose a Ivána Duqueho ve čtyřech dimenzích, dimenzi systémové, národní, vnitrostátní a osobní. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojmy zahraniční politika, její cíle a prostředky, definuje jednotlivé dimenze analýzy zahraniční politiky a dále prezidentský systém a prezidentskou diplomacii. Empirická část již analyzuje a porovnává jednotlivé zahraniční politiky na základě zvolených kritérií, vztahu k USA, vztahu k latinskoamerickému regionu, reprezentaci státu v zahraničí, vztahu k FARC a osobnosti prezidenta
