Comparison of the advantages of entrepreneur's business through various legal forms from an accounting and tax point of view

The bachelor thesis deals with comparing the advantages of two forms of business, namely an individual entrepreneur and a limited liability company from the legal, accounting and tax point of view. The first part of the thesis deals with legal aspects and describes the complexity of starting a business and the differences in responsibility in doing business in both forms. The second part concerning accounting deals with various forms of accounting for economic transactions, with an emphasis on the differences between them. From the tax point of view, the work focuses mainly on the rate of taxation, including social insurance payments, where in the practical part the effective tax rate and the total levy are calculated in several variants and under different conditions.Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním výhodnosti dvou forem podnikání, a to individuálního podnikatele a společnosti s ručením omezením z právního, účetního a daňového hlediska. První část práce se zabývá právními aspekty a popisuje náročnost zahájení podnikání a rozdíly v odpovědnosti při podnikání oběma formami. Druhá část, týkající se účetnictví, se věnuje různým formám evidence hospodářských transakcí s důrazem na rozdíly mezi nimi. Z daňového hlediska se práce zaměřuje převážně na míru zdanění včetně plateb sociálního pojistného, kde v praktické části je pak počítána efektivní daňová sazba a celkové odvodové zatížení v několika variantách a za různých podmínek
