Acquisition of real estate in Spain

This diploma thesis deals with the legal aspects of the acquisition of real estate in Spain. The aim is to identify selected legal aspects of real estate acquisition in Spain (methods of real estate acquisition, the role of a notary in the purchase process, etc.) on the basis of the method of analysis, synthesis and comparison. The work also compares real estate legislation in Spain and in the Czech Republic.Tato diplomová práce se věnuje právním aspektům nabývání nemovitostí ve Španělsku. Cílem je na základě metody analýzy, syntézy a komparace identifikovat vybrané právní aspekty nabývání nemovitostí ve Španělsku (způsoby nabývání nemovitostí, role notáře v procesu koupě aj.). Práce také porovnává právní úpravy nemovitostí ve Španělsku a v České republice
