Accounting depiction of processes of division of capital corporations and their tax effects

The diploma thesis deals with the process of division of capital corporations. The legal, tax and accounting context of this transformation is gradually analysed in the thesis. The main aim of thesis is to describe a possible solution to the capturing and the allocating of costs and revenues incurred in the period after the date of division. Management accounting methods are used to distribute these costs and revenues in the accounting of involved companies. The data for the practical part are based on the division of the company, which took place in 2018. This part shows possible solutions to the allocation of costs and revenues according to the suitably selected criterion and their recording in the accounting of involved companies. For the preparation of financial statements that give a true and fair view of the subject of accounting and the financial position of an accounting entity, the methods of management accounting prove to be a suitable tool.Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem rozdělení kapitálových korporací. V práci jsou postupně rozebrány právní, daňové a účetní souvislosti této přeměny. Cílem práce je ukázat možná řešení rozdělení a zachycení nákladů a výnosů vzniklých v období po rozhodném dni. Pro rozdělení těchto nákladů a výnosů v účetnictví zúčastněných společností jsou použity metody manažerského účetnictví. Data pro praktickou část vychází z rozdělení společnosti, které proběhlo v roce 2018. V této části jsou uvedena možná řešení alokace nákladů a výnosů dle vhodně zvoleného kritéria a jejich zachycení v účetnictví jednotlivých společností. Pro sestavení účetních závěrek podávajících věrný a poctivý obraz předmětu účetnictví a finanční situace účetní jednotky se metody manažerského účetnictví ukazují jako vhodný nástroj
