Management Costing and Information Assurance (on Example of Concrete Company)

The aim of this diploma thesis is to calculate all the costs associated with the upcoming project for growing vegetables using a target costing and find out whether it makes sense to implement the project from an economic point of view. The theoretical part describes the costs and their classification, as well as the actual costing including costing system, models, types, methods and ways of allocating indirect costs. The practical part is devoted to the growing process and the target costing, which indicates the economic benefits of growing individual vegetables. In the end, the results of the calculation are evaluated and considerations on portfolio optimization and on the possible continuation of the project are suggested.Cílem této diplomové práce je propočet nákladové náročnosti připravovaného projektu na pěstování zeleniny pomocí kalkulace cílových nákladů a zjistit, zda má smysl z ekonomického hlediska projekt uskutečnit. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku nákladů a jejich členění, dále pak samotné kalkulace včetně kalkulačního systému, kalkulačních vzorců, druhů, metod a způsobů alokace nepřímých nákladů. Praktická část se věnuje pěstebnímu procesu a nákladové kalkulaci, která udává ekonomickou výhodnost pěstování jednotlivých druhů zeleniny. V závěru jsou pak zhodnoceny výsledky propočtů a navrženy plány na optimalizaci portfolia a reálné úvahy o možném pokračování projektu
