Analysis of the management of selected political parties and political movements

The diploma thesis defines in introductory part non-governmental non-profit organizations which differ from many aspects of profitable organizations. The subject of the thesis is a comprehensive analysis of the management of selected political parties and political movements currently represented in the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. Above all, the management of political parties and movements is discussed with special regard to the financing of these organizations. The thesis is based on Act No. 424/1991 Sb. which was extensively updated in 2016 and it represents new obligations for political parties and movements which are discussed in detail in the thesis. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the financial statements of individual political parties and movements for the last three years and evaluates their financing.Diplomová práce ve své úvodní části vymezuje nestátní neziskové organizace, které se v mnoha ohledech liší od výdělečných organizací. Předmětem práce je komplexní analýza hospodaření vybraných politických stran a politických hnutí aktuálně zastoupených v Poslanecké sněmovně Parlamentu České republiky. Především je rozebráno hospodaření politických stran a hnutí se zvláštním zřetelem na financování těchto organizací. Celá práce se opírá o zákon č. 424/1991 Sb., který v roce 2016 prošel rozsáhlou novelou, a pro politické strany a hnutí to představuje nové povinnosti, které jsou podrobně v práci rozebrány. Praktická část se především zaměřuje na analýzu účetních závěrek jednotlivých politických stran a hnutí za poslední tři roky a hodnotí jejich financování
