Analysis and proposals for optimization of costing illustrated on a specific business organisation

The aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to analyze and offer optimization of the costing system of the selected enterprise. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical sections. The purpose of the theoretical section is to describe the basic terminology of management accounting, the role of the controller in the enterprise, classification of costs, the role of costing system. The practical section begins with a description of the selected company and its current costing system. This section is focused on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the current costing system, it`s detailed evaluation. In the practical section optimized costing is presented.Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza a návrh optimalizace kalkulačního systému vybraného podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První část je věnována především vymezení základních pojmů manažerského účetnictví, práce controllera v podniku, členění nákladů a roli kalkulace a kalkulačního systému v podniku. Úvodem praktické části je popis vybrané společnosti a jejího současného systému kalkulací. Táto část je zaměřená na analýzu silných a slabých stránek dosavadního kalkulačního systému, jeho detailní ohodnocení a navržení nutných optimalizačních změn
