Economic situation in agriculture

The goal of the paper is to evaluate the financial health and financial stability of a set of companies in Czech agriculture. The paper consists of theoretical, methodological and practical part. The theoretical part explains the development of the agricultural sector in the Czech Republic, indicators and methodologies which can be used to achieve the financial stability and health of the sector. The practical part provides quantified results achieved by the monitored sample of Czech agricultural enterprises in the period 2014–2017. Conclusion provides recommendations for improving the state of agriculture. It also summarizes which part needs to get more attention and what direction will agriculture follow in the new grant period.Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení finančního zdraví a finanční stability souboru podniků českého zemědělství. BP se skládá z teoretické, metodické a praktické části. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj tohoto odvětví v ČR, ukazatele a metodiky, pomocí kterých lze posoudit finanční stabilitu a zdraví zemědělství. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsou kvantifikovány výsledky, které dosáhl sledovaný vzorek podniků českého zemědělství v období 2014–2017. V samotném závěru práce jsou uvedena doporučení pro zlepšení stavu zemědělství, dále je shrnuto, na co je třeba klást větší důraz a jaký směr bude zemědělství v novém dotačním období sledovat
