The goal of this thesis is to find the relationship between motivation and values of managers in large companies in South Bohemia. First, it was necessary to research the current value system of managers and what their current is their motivational profile. The research was conducted by surveying at Southern Bohemian firms which are a part of CZ-NACE C. Standardized questionnaires were used to collect data. The questionnaires were provided by my supervisor. The PVQ questionnaire was used to find out the value system and the LMI questionnaire was used for the motivational profile.
