The content of this master’s thesis is the consumer behavior of Generation Y on the online tourism market. The thesis aims to find out up-to-date information about their motives of participation in toursim as well as information about their consumer decision-making process and identification of differences in comparison with generations X and Z. The theoretical part contains chapters such as the online tourism market, generations, consumer behavior and generation Y in tourism. The practical part provides quantitive research followed by data analysis.
