Kyiv Metro

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of the Kyiv metro. The aim of the research is to evaluate the current status of the metro in Kyiv, to show the reasons for the construction of new lines, and mainly offer the possibility of solving its key problems. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the basic theoretical aspects of urban public transport, tariff and check-in systems. Afterwards, there are given basic information about Kyiv, the characteristics of its transport system and the history of the development of the underground in Kyiv. The practical part contains an analysis of the current state of selected elements of the Kyiv metro (lines, rolling stock, tariff and check-in systems) and its strategy for future development. The final part consists of an analysis of the problems of the Kyiv underground based on the collection and analysis of available data and proposing theoretically possible ways to solve it.Bakalářská práce je věnovaná analýze kyjevského metra. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit aktuální stav metra, znázornit důvody pro výstavbu nových linek, a hlavně nabídnout možnosti řešení klíčových problémů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části se jedná o základní teoretické aspekty městské hromadné dopravy, tarifního a odbavovacího systému. Poté je uvedena základní informace o Kyjevě, charakteristika jeho dopravního systému a historie vývoje kyjevského metra. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu současného stavu vybraných prvků podzemní dráhy (linek, vozového parku, tarifního a odbavovacího systému) a jeho strategie budoucího rozvoje. Závěrečnou část tvoři rozbor problémů kyjevského metra na základě sběru a analýzy dostupných dat a navrhování teoreticky možných způsobů jejich řešení
