The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyse the activities in the field of personnel marketing of a company and to conduct a research which aims to investigate perception of strength of the company’s employer brand. Based on the analysis it is possible to draw relevant conclusions and provide the given company with recommendations to attract competent staff.
