This diploma thesis is focused on the credibility of online stores and studies the factors that affect the level of credibility. The aim of the thesis is to find out which components of e-shops the Czech customer evaluates as a sign of their credibility, respectively which components influence the level of customers’ trust in an internet shop the most. The thesis also analyzes level of credibility of four Czech online stores. The intention is to find out whether these online stores have those components, which raise confidence of customers according to the results of the questionnaire survey, on their websites.
