The goal of this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the strategy of the company REGULUS spol. s r.o. on the domestic market as well as on foreign markets and especially to propose options for its expansion. Firstly, I breafly characterized the company and presented its history and product portfolio. The next part was devoted to the activities on domestic and foreign markets and the operation of subsidiaries in four European countries was described in more detail. Moreover, I conducted an analysis of competition using the Porter's five forces model and a SWOT analysis.
