This work deals with global value chains in the clothing industry and their connection with sustainable development. The main goal is to analyze the value chain of H&M from the perspective of a sustainable and environmental approach, primarily focusing on the social area of production. The conclusion of the analysis is to determine whether the H&M campaign is greenwashing.Tato práce se věnuje globálním hodnotovým řetězcům v oděvním průmyslu a ve spojitosti s tím také otázce udržitelnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat hodnotový řetězec společnosti H&M z pohledu udržitelného a enviromentálního přístupu, primárně se zaměřením na sociální oblast ve fázi výroby. Závěrem analýzy je určeno, zdali kampaň H&M je greenwashing, či nikoliv
