This bachelor's thesis focuses on the compilation of a business project of the MaloPro retail store in Hradec Králové. It is assumed that this is a very promising location for the development of retail business, and that there is not a large number of retailers in this city and in a selected location that offer consumers food and tobacco products. The aim of this work is to create and evaluate the offered business plan and, as a result, to develop a business plan.
