Comparison of the macroeconomic indicators of the PRC and the USA within the present period

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to compare the economies of China and the United States by analyzing macroeconomic indicators and technological potential, focusing on the field of AI. The structure of the work is as follows: In the first chapter I would like to present the current state of the economies of the United States and China and compare them, in the second chapter I would look at the the US and China in the global context, their investment policy and the US and China's economic influence in the regions of Asia, Africa and the Latin America, as well as the foreign trade of the USA and China and their contradictions within the WTO. The last chapter will be devoted to the trade and technological war between the United States and China, the connection between the trade war and the technological war, and finally the comparison of the United States and China in the field of technology focusing mostly on AI.Cílem práce je porovnat ekonomiky Číny a Spojených států analýzou makroekonomických ukazatelů a technologického potenciálů, zejména v oblásti AI. Struktura práce je následující: Ve první kapitole bych chtěla uvést Současný stav ekonomiky Spojených států amerických a Číny a jejích ekonomiky srovnat, ve druhé kapitole bych se podívala na místo USA a Číny v globálním kontextu, jejích investiční politiku a boj o ekonomický vliv USA a Číny v regionech Asie, Afriky a Ameriky, a také na zahraniční obchod USA a Číny a jejich rozpory v rámci WTO. Poslední kapitola bude věnovaná obchodní a technologické válce mezi Spojenými státy americkými a Čínou, souvislosti mezi obchodní válkou a technologickou válkou a konečně komparaci Spojených států a Číny ve sféře technologií se záměrem na AI
