This survey study analyzes correlations between disturbances in sleep, screen time, physical activity and perceived stress among young people at a secondary school in the south of Sweden. Bivariate correlations, simple linear regressions and a multiple linear regression analysis were made to try to understand the relationship between the dependent variable of sleep disturbances measured with the “Insomnia severity Index” (ISI) and the independent variables which were the amount of screen time on mobile devices, screen time on computers, screen time in total, screen time in association with going to sleep, physical activity, as well as perceived stress measured with the “perceived stress scale” (PSS-10).
