Abstract: The research method used in this research is descriptive method by using multiple regression analysis approach with 3 (three) variables of each of the two independent variables (exogenous) that is principal leadership style (X1) and school organizational climate (X2), and one variable Bound (endogenous) that is Teacher work performance (Y). The instrument used to collect data is in the form of a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done through multiple regression analysis. Based on the calculation results obtained: Effect of Leadership Style Principal (X1) on Teacher Work Achievement (Y) Beta (b1) of 0.153 = 15.3%.
