Les moutons domestiques sont élevés pour la production de viande, de lait et de laine et sont retrouvés partout dans le monde dans des environnements variés. On a montré que les moutons présentaient une certaine diversité génétique, mais celle-ci n'a pas été complètement caractérisée: il existe encore de nombreuses populations de moutons qui n'ont pas été étudiées. L’objectif de cette thèse était d'étudier la diversité génétique dans des races de moutons suédoises et françaises, en utilisant puces de marqueurs de haute densité.
