Le pazopanib et le sunitinib sont des inhibiteurs de tyrosine kinases (ITK) indiqués dans le traitement de différents cancers. Ils s'administrent par voie orale au long cours et sont fortement métabolisés au niveau hépatique par les cytochromes P450. Ils sont associés à une hépatotoxicité sévère et à la survenue d'interactions médicamenteuses qui pourraient être liées à leurs métabolites, notamment à la formation de métabolites réactifs.
