La caractérisation du comportement mécanique du tissu cutané s'avère d'une importance primordiale pour plusieurs domaines à savoir la dermatologie, la cosmétologie, etc. Cette étude du comportement mécanique de la peau soulève toujours des problématiques d'actualité vu la complexité de ce matériau et l'évolution accrue des techniques utilisées. D'où la nécessité du développement d'outils spécifiques pour la caractérisation de la peau humaine.
