Elle permet ainsi d’aborder l’impact des mutations de cette période sur la vie quotidienne.Cette recherche concerne l’analyse des rapports isotopiques de l’azote et du carbone (delta13C et delta15N) du collagène osseux de 371 humains et 388 animaux.
