La caractérisation des réponses des plantes à la sécheresse est un enjeu actuel majeur. La gestion du carbone dans l’adaptation des végétaux aux contraintes environnementales requiert l’activité de transporteurs de monosaccharides ERD6-like (Early Response to Dehydration six-like), transporteurs impliqués dans la compartimentation subcellulaire des sucres et leur remobilisation à l’échelle de l’organisme. Le premier axe de la thèse a été dédié à l’analyse phylogénétique des ERD6-like par une approche de génomique évolutive.
