The purpose of this study was to investigate hotels’ seasonal workforce perceptions about the following variables; supervisor support, affective commitment, work engagement and their intention to return to the same seasonal job. Due to chronic shortage of seasonal workforce the question of retention in hospitality industry is becoming highly important. This research was aimed at understanding whether the above-mentioned items are positively related to each other in one’s consideration and acceptance of the same seasonal hotel job.
