Cilj: Cilj ovog rada je utvrditi postoji li statistička razlika u volumenu i broju trombocita 1 doze koncentrata trombocita proizvedenih BC metodom i metodom trombafereze. Metode: Podaci o parametrima kontrole kvalitete koncentrata trombocita proizvedenih na oba načina za vremensko razdoblje od 1 godine (2017.g.) prikupljeni su u ZTM, KBC Split. Uspoređeni su prosječni mjesečni rezultati za volumen i broj trombocita po 1 dozi koncentrata trombocita korištenjem t-testa za 2 nezavisna uzorka. Rezultati: Dokazano je postojanje statistički značajne razlike u volumenu 1 doze koncentrata trombocita i broja trombocita u 1 dozi koncentrata trombocita uspoređivanjem 2 metoda proizvodnje koncentrata trombocita.
