The field of robotics relies heavily on various technologies such as mechanical and electronic engineering, computing systems, and wireless communication. The latter plays a significant role in the area of mobile robotics by supporting remote interactions. An effective, fast, and reliable communication between homogeneous or heterogeneous robots, as well as the ability to adapt to the rapidly changing environmental conditions predicates the robots’ success and completion of their tasks.
