Abstrak Bank selalu berusaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan Internet Banking. Pengukuran kualitas pelayanan internet banking menggunakan metode E-Servqual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan internet banking PT Bank XYZ terhadap loyalitas nasabah, mengetahui fitur yang sering digunakan oleh nasabah, dan mengetahui fitur yang perlu dikembangkan.
