A fuzzy model for risk measurement in product realization activities

Managing risks in order to neutralize their effects on the success of the product realization activities is very important. The objective of this paper is to develop an algorithm for the risk assessment in the product realization activities. The algorithm is designed as a comprehensive hierarchical structure to build the goals of the risk assessment. Related risk factors are identified and then expert qualitative judgments about these factors are acquired.The risk assessment is performed through the Fuzzy Modeling Systems(FMS) such as Type-1 FMS, Type-2 FMS, Fuzzy C-Means algorithm and ANFIS methods.
