Percepción que los gerentes tienen acerca de su gestión en las instituciones de Salud, Colombia 2018

25 p.Management is conceived as the set of strategies or decisions to solve a problem that occurs within an organization, as opposed to managing that refers to the proper use of resources. That is why managers must differentiate these terms and likewise know the organizational theories that provide bases for their management in the organization. Consequently, managers must know the system and trends in order to be more competitive in the current health model. In order to provide tools to the manager of the health system, a preliminary study is carried out with a qualitative approach consisting of 6 interviews applied to managers at the tactical level and first line of health institutions, with the aim of analyzing different categories through the software NVIVO 12, among which in this article four of them will be mentioned: academic experience, skills and competencies, health marketing and technological management in managers of health institutions in Colombia. Taking into account the 4 categories of selection, the present study shows us the importance in the management of the processes according to the managerial level and the complexity of the IPS in which the interviewees work, however, it is remarkable that the academic preparation and the work experience must go hand in hand to form and exalt the skills and abilities of managers according to their needs and those of the organization, noting that for each of them it has been a different experience and has had or not, the need to investigate in different areas beyond health and administration without leaving aside the vision and organizational missionLa gestión es concebida como el conjunto de estrategias o decisiones para solventar una falencia o problema que se presente dentro de una organización, a diferencia de administrar que se refiere al uso adecuado de los recursos. Es por ello que los gerentes deben diferenciar estos términos y de igual manera conocer las teorías organizacionales que aportan bases para su gestión en la organización. En consecuencia, los gerentes deben conocer el sistema y las tendencias con el objetivo de poder ser más competitivos en el modelo actual de salud. Con el fin de brindar herramientas al gestor del sistema de salud, se realiza un estudio preliminar con enfoque cualitativo compuesto por 6 entrevistas aplicadas a gerentes de nivel táctico y de primera línea de instituciones de salud, con el objetivo de analizar diferentes categorías a través del software NVIVO 12, dentro de las cuales en este artículo se mencionarán 4 de ellas: experiencia académica, habilidades y competencias, marketing en salud y gestión tecnológica en gerentes de instituciones de salud en Colombia. Teniendo en cuenta las 4 categorías de selección, el presente estudio nos muestra la importancia en la gestión de los procesos de acuerdo al nivel gerencial y a la complejidad de la IPS en las que laboran los entrevistados, sin embargo, es notable que la preparación académica y la experiencia laboral deben ir de la mano para formar y exaltar las competencias y habilidades de los gerentes de acuerdo a su necesidad y a las de la organización, observando que para cada uno de ellos ha sido una experiencia diferente y ha tenido o no, la necesidad de indagar en diferentes áreas más allá de la salud y la administración sin dejar de lado la visión y misión organizacionalEspecializaciónEspecialista En Gerencia De La Salu
