27 p.This article focuses on a documentary review of Colombian regulations regarding curriculum and curricular management, based on a conceptual framework that guides the definition of our object of study. With the identification of the educational regulations in the curricular subject we made a matrix that allows to account for the findings in each of the laws, likewise a classification is made, according to the tendencies and perspectives of the curriculum addressed by the Colombian Law. ; The national and sectoral government plans for education are also reviewed, and curricular requirements are considered from the National Accreditation Council (CNA).
