National audienceNew emerging local food systems (LFS) in the Andes open up new perspectives for the analysis of marginalized peasantries. On the basis of case-studies (Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador), we show that these LFS proceed from an explicit will of economical, social and political recognition of peasant and family farm agricultures and lead to revalorizing those historically marginalized Andean agricultures. Indeed, being both the result and the origin of relational dynamics based on spatial and socioeconomic proximities, these LFS constitute renewed forms of marketing peasant products that mobilize multiple and various stakeholders, not only the peasants themselves, around the Andean peasantries.L’émergence récente de nouvelles formes de ...
