Caption: "A two-alarm blaze this morning destroyed the office, banquet room, coffee shop, kitchen and dining room at the Holiday Inn East, 12001 Northeast Expressway. Only the motel's club, right, and guest rooms, in separate buildings in the rear, escaped. Firemen, some of whom work above on the roof of the motel, fought the blaze an hour.
