Caption: "Off-Ramo for crosstown expressway is under construction to allow traffic from the west to use the new I.H. 40 expressway to get into the downtown Oklahoma City, background. The photo was taken from the south side of the expressway at about Robinson, looking north. The ramp leading to the north can be seen under the expressway. Construction was delayed when the fire destroyed a Santa Fe Railroad warehouse beneath the elevated structure and damaged part of roadway.
