Officials at the 170th Air Transport Wing said two C-124 Globemasters were flown here from Charleston Air Force Base, S. C. The Globemasters are the military air transport service planes. They were to be loaded and on their was by noon Friday. A spokesman said MATS is sending 62,000 pounds of ermergency radio equipment. "We'll send a mobile control tower and a mobile radio low frequency beacon," he said. All facilities for air traffic control were virtually knocked out by Hurricane Hattle.
