Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím afinitní chromatografie na imobilizovaných kovových iontech (IMAC) v proteomice. Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na principy afinitní chromatografie a popis jejích jednotlivých technik. Dále se konkrétně věnuje principům IMAC a představuje ligandy a nosiče používané v této technice. V poslední části práce je pak charakterizována proteomika. Dále jsou zde uvedeny příklady využití afinitní chromatografie na imobilizovaných kovových iontech v současné proteomice, konkrétně ke studiu posttranslačních modifikací proteinů a ke studiu rekombinantních proteinů.This thesis deals with the use of immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) in proteomics.
