Issues of diagnosis and treatment of aplastic anemia

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce je aplastická anémie se zaměřením na diagnostiku a léčbu. Jsou zde také popsány vlastnosti a funkce krve, která úzce souvisí s tímto onemocněním, a další formy výskytu anémie. Nejdůležitějším diagnostickým ukazatelem aplastické anémie je nedostatek všech krevních elementů. Velký pokrok je pozorován v oblasti transplantace kostní dřeně v kombinaci s imunosupresivní terapií, které představují budoucnost léčby aplastické anémie.The main topic of this bachelor thesis is aplastic anemia, focusing on its diagnosis and treatment. The properties and functions of blood, which is closely related with this disease and other forms of aplastic anemia are described here also. The most important diagnostic indicator of aplastic anemia is deficiency of all blood cells. Big progress has been observed in the area of bone marrow transplantation in combination with immunosuppressive therapy, which represent future of aplastic anemia treatment.Katedra biologických a biochemických věd1.
