The purpose of this study is to describe local residents and second home owners relationship with tourism development in two villages in the parish of Nordingrå, Kramfors municipality. In the process of gathering information were ten residents interviewed by phone. The number of respondents were too few to make any real assumptions, but comparisons has been made between the respondent’s answers and the already existing literature. The respondents seem too have faith in the deciding organs in their municipality and about half of the respondents wished to have more influence in the tourism development.
