Conversations, communication, and relationships in the family and in schools are factors in the upbringing and education, as well as the behavior of students in life. They have changed during the development of teaching, because today, modern teaching treats students as subjects in the classroom, not only formally but as a functional one, with teachers and students building mutual trust, love and sincerity. , partner relationships, mutual help and respect, but at the same time taking into account the needs and desires of the students. Active listening, as a process, is especially important for the educational process. Mastering students' listening skills is crucial to understanding the messages they receive during the teaching process, to understand them and to assist them in the learning and teaching process. No matter what the skill of listening is a basic and universal occurrence, the educational process needs to be adapted to the students (if they are a target group of recipients) to make teaching more efficient and successful, just as certain skills and knowledge are needed any other.
