Book review: Brussels Ibis regulation:Changes and challenges of the renewed procedural theme

This new addition to the series "Short studies in private international law" deals with the most significant modifications to the jurisdictional scheme within the common European judicial area, as they result from the recast Brussels I Bis Regulation (1215/2012) on jurisdiction and judgments (applicable as from January 2015).
