This is the report of the proceedings of the ‘Policing in Changing Policy Environments’ event held in Dublin Castle on the 11th June 2019. The event brought together 40 national and international delegates who work at the intersection of law enforcement, public health and community safety. The event was held under the Chatham House Rule, and this report has been developed consistent with that rule. What is reported on are the themes and key issues that were discussed, but no individual or organisation has been identified as making any particular statement.
